🩷Deposit Requirement A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service and must be made at time of booking. 🩷Cancellation Notice I kindly request a 24 hour notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Less than 24hrs and same day cancellations, will result in forfeiture of the deposit and a fee of 50% of your service. Failure to pay will result in being banned from booking. A new non-refundable deposit will need to be made to rebook. 🩷Late Policy. If you are late to your appointment by 15 min, you will incur a $25 late fee. After 20 min, your appointment will automatically be canceled and will result in a fee of 50% of your service. Fee will need to be paid in full prior to rebooking. 🩷No Call No Shows and Sick Policy A No call/No Show will result in a fee of 100% of your total service and being banned from booking. If you are feeling under the weather, please let me know and we can reschedule your appointment. Please do not come to your appointment 🩷Nail Policy I will NOT do maintenance, fills or re-bases on other nail techs work. This is for health and safety purposes, as I do not know what products were used on your enhancements. Please arrive to your appointment with BARE nails. This includes; acrylic, gel, dip or any type of nail enhancements, NOT done by me. If enhancements are present, please select a soak off along with the service you are booking. If you do not arrive with bare nails and a soak off was not booked with your service or communicated with me prior, there is a possibility your appointment can and will be canceled. This will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your service. I will fix a broken, chipped or lost rhinestone for free within one week from the date of your appointment. After one week, I will charge $15.
